I. Introduction

This Privacy Policy specifically outlines Healerverse LLC’s (“Healerverse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) practices and use of the initial collection and use of information gathered via our Platform (“Privacy Policy”). We respect Your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information that You may share with us.

This Privacy Policy applies to all Seekers and other visitors to our Platform.

By continuing to visit and use our Platform, You are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If You do not agree, then please exit this website and close Your browser.

II. Definitions
  • “Consumer” means a natural person that visits our Website, but is not a Seeker.
  • “Content” means any information or data that is uploaded by a Seeker onto the Platform.
  • “Healer” means a duly licensed business or an individual that has a Verified Healer Account on the Healerverse Platform.
  • “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual that is collected via our Platforms. Personal Information may include a Production Assocaite’s or a Consumer’s: full name, physical address, email address, IP address, or other identifier such as from a Cookie. Personal Information does not include any aggregate or anonymized data that may have been created from Personal Information but can no longer be used to identify, relate to, or could reasonably be linked to a Consumer or a Production Associate.
  • “Platform” means the Healerverse website and related application, available at: www.5dhealerverse.com.
  • “Seeker” means a natural person, over the age of 16, who has a valid Healerverse account.
  • “Sensitive Personal Information” means any data about a natural person that reveals a racial or ethnic origin, political opinion, religious belief, philosophical belief or trade union membership. It also includes a natural person’s genetic and biometric data, and data concerning their health, sex life or sexual orientation.
  • “You” or “Your” means a Consumer and a Seeker.

We collect certain Personal Information from you in order to operate our Platform effectively and provide you with the best experiences when you visit and use them.

  • Information Provided by You:
    When You register for a Healer account on our Platform or download our application, we will collect certain Personal Information about You such as Your name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number. We will also collect certain Personal Information about You when you fill out a contact form, sign up for one of our events, or subscription form for our newsletter, or if You apply for a job with us. We may also collect Sensitive Information, such as a related health condition, from Seekers when they book services with Healers.
  • Information collected on Our Platform:
    When You register for a Healer account on our Platform or download our application, we will collect certain Personal Information about You such as Your name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number. We will also collect certain Personal Information about You when you fill out a contact form, sign up for one of our events, or subscription form for our newsletter, or if You apply for a job with us. We may also collect Sensitive Information, such as a related health condition, from Seekers when they book services with Healers.
    • Information collected automatically:
      We may automatically collect information from You when You visit Our Platform. This information may include Your IP address, location data, Your browser type and language, access times, the content of any undeleted cookies that Your browser previously accepted from us, referring or exit website address, internet service provider, date/time stamp, operating system, locale and language preferences, and system configuration information. We use Google Analytics to collect information about Your use of our Platform well.     • Web Session Replay Tools:
      We may use Web Session Replay Tools to track Your use of the site. This information may include what Healers You interact with, the different Healerverse pages You visit and how long You visited each page, Events and Workshops that You viewed, and other information such as how long You were on the Platform, Your interactions on the Platform and other similar information.
    • Cookies:
      When You visit our Platform, we may assign Your device one or more cookies to facilitate access to our site and to personalize Your online experience. Through the use of a cookie, we also may automatically collect information about Your online activity on our site, such as the web pages you visit, the links you click, and the searches you conduct on our site. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record keeping purposes. Cookies can be either session cookies or persistent 1051438\312621675.v1cookies.     If You have filled out a contact form with us, signed up for Our Newsletter or to receive job alters from us, we may use this information to send You marketing communications including other newsletters and emails. You can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the “opt out” link at the bottom of these emails or by emailing us directly at privacy@5dhealerverse.com.
  • To Evaluate and Improve our Customer Service:
    We may use this information to ensure we are providing the highest level of customer service, and to identify any potential gaps or potential improvements to the same.
  • To Improved and Create New Products and Services:
    We may use information collected via our Platform to improve our current products and services, or to create new products and services.
  • In Order to Respond from Requests from You:
    If You have requested further information or in any other way requested that we contact You, We will use Your Personal Information to respond to such a request.
  • For Our Legal Purposes:
    We also collect information in order to comply with certain legal rules and regulations that we are subject to.
→ How Long do We Store and Maintain Your Personal Information?
  • We only store and maintain Your Personal Information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. For example, if You are a Seeker and sign up for a Healerverse account, we will store and maintain Your Personal Information and Your Content for as long as You continue to maintain an account. With regards to Your Personal Information collected for our analytics purposes and used to help maintain and improve our Platform, we only store and maintain that information until it is aggregated and used to create a new anonymous data set that no longer contains Your Personal Information, and then delete the underlying Personal Information once that new data set has been created. With regards to Your Personal Information related collected for You to receive our Newsletter and emails, we will store and maintain Your Personal Information to continue to send You these materials until You opt out of receiving such communications.

  • We do not sell Your Personal Information to Advertisers, When you book a service with a Healer on our Platform, Your Personal Information in some cases will be exposed to Healers and Organizations. Your Sensitive Information could be accessible to the Event Host, Healer or Organization with the purchase of a ticket or a Workshop to help the Healer or Organization to facilitate the provision of their services.

  • Healerverse shares Your Personal Information when necessary to members of our internal team and our service providers. Our service providers have all signed NDA’s with the promise to not contact you outside of Healerverse and our respective emails and contact information. They are legally obligated to uphold these agreements. – “I WILL NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. I want to protect this community. I’m an Aquarius, humanitarian and I feel obliged to protect the healing community. I know this doesn’t belong in this legal document, but I felt the need to put this here.” – Trish Kane, CEO and Founder- Healerverse. 😊 Healerverse uses services from selected service providers and, when necessary to share Your Personal Information with such service providers, ensures that they are contractually obligated to secure Your Personal Information in the same way that we do and further that they cannot sell or further share Your Personal Information without consent. We do outsource some of our business natures, they have been carefully selected and they have also signed NDAs and agreements to protect this community.

  • Service providers for archiving, etc.
    • Depending on the need, We may also have to share Your Personal Information with:

  • Authorized third parties such as Law Enforcement, Courts, Supervisory Authorities and Auditors.
  • Our marketing team, which is also outsourced, but entrusted.

  • We take data security seriously and do our best to protect Your data and Personal Information. We utilize commercially available data security safeguards, such as a firewall and multi-factor authentication, to secure access to our systems and the data stored in them.
    We rely on You to do Your part as well, if You are a Seeker, by using a complex password and keeping access to it safe. We also cannot protect data, including Your Personal Information, that You post publicly via Your Healerverse account or any other social media account You may use.
    Despite our best efforts, however, here is no way to completely eliminate the risk of a data security incident. If we do suffer one that affects any of Your Personal Information, we will report the same to You as per applicable data breach notification laws.

  • Sale or sharing of the Personal Information and Sensitive Information of Persons under the age of 16:
    We do not collect, sell or share the Personal Information of persons under 16 years of age on our Platform.
  • Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Information: We do not collect or disclose the Sensitive Information of Consumers. If You are a Seeker, we may need to collect some of Your Sensitive Information in order to facilitate an appointment that You may book with a Healer, we may also collect Your Sensitive Information that You post as Content via your account. We do not use the Sensitive Information for any other purpose besides than to facilitate Your appointment with a Healer or support Your posting of content via Your account.
  • Sale or sharing of Your Personal Information for Our Business Purposes: As noted above, We do not sell Your Personal Information but we share it with our Advertisers.
    We also need to share Your Personal Information with third parties for our business purposes, as noted above.

    We use this information from You to support and run our Platform, to facilitate Your Healerverse account, to enable and support Your ability to book an appointment with a Healer, and for our business purposes as outlined above in Section IV.
  • Categories of Personal Information that we share for Our “business purposes”:
    As noted above, if You are a Seeker we share Your Personal Information and possibly Your Sensitive Information as needed in order to support and facilitate Your account on the Platform and the booking of appointments with Healers, and for our business purposes. If You are a Consumer, we collected and share Your Personal Information for our business purposes.

    • Specifically, these categories of “business purposes” are:
    • Auditing – We may share this information with our third-party vendors, partners and service providers, and our own auditors related to an audit of our business.
    • Service Improvements – We may share this information with our third-party vendors, other partners, and service providers in order to improve Our services, create new services and products, offer new products, and to ensure that Our services are working as intended (to identify bugs and errors, and repair them).
    • Service Partners –We may share this information our third-party vendors, other partners, and service providers in order to have them v1perform their services for us, pursuant to a written contract that includes the notified purposes permitted by California Law.
    • Security and Legal Issues – We may share this information with law enforcement or other individuals pursuant to a valid subpoena or other legal obligation, our third-party vendors, other partners, and service providers in order to detect, prevent, and investigate security incidents.

You can also request that we disclose how we have collected, used and shared Your personal information over the past 12 months, including the categories of personal information we collected and our purposes for doing so. You may also request the categories of the sources of that information, the categories of the third parties with whom we have shared this information with for a business purpose, and our business purpose for doing so.

    ii. You have the right to correct inaccurate Personal Information that we have collected or maintain about You. In fact, we ask that You do so as soon as You realize any Personal Information that we have collected is inaccurate as it could impact our provision of the Services.

    iii. You have the right to opt out of Sale of Your Information, but as noted above, We do not sell Your information.

    iv. You have a right to be notified when we collect information from You, and we cannot collect new categories of information from You without notifying You first.

    v. You have the right to limit our sharing of Your Personal Information.

    vi. You have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. Our services, Platform are not marketed to or geared for children under the age of 16.

  • Third-parties may be using Cookies or other technologies to collect Your personal information as You navigate through the internet including from our Platform. As described above, You may decline these third-party Cookies by changing Your browser settings.
→ Do Not Track (“DNT”) Settings
  • TDNT is a setting on some web browsers or mobile devices that can be turned on to instruct websites to disable tracking of your web browsing activities. DNT is not currently widely adopted and does not have clear standards or guidelines as to how websites are to interpret it. Additionally, its signals can affect the functioning of certain websites. As such, Healerverse does not generally respond to these signals.

  • Healerverse does not endorse or control any other websites or applications besides our Platform, nor does the act of providing a link to a third party website or application constitute an endorsement, promotion or approval of such website or application.
